I custom make each hat to order using your requested fabric combinations and thread color. Below are examples of combinations I have made in the past to help give you ideas and envision some of the possibilities for your custom hat. Thin Hickory Eastern Steam Cap

Narrow Stripe Hickory Crown
Denim Brim and Band
Contrasting Stitching
(Thin Hickory Stripes are half as thick as Regular Hickory. The fabric is also lighter weight than Regular Hickory allowing the hat to drape nicely with no break in time. Thin Hickory is better for warm weather

Regular Stripe Hickory

Regular Stripe Hickory Crown
Denim Brim and Band
Blue Stitching.
(Regular Stripe Hickory is a heavier fabric and will strand proud until broken in. It is the same fabric used on overalls and chore coats. The stripes are twice as wide as Thin Hickory)
